Ken’s Story
Humble Beginnings
Ken was born in Ashford, Kent, UK, to Nigerian parents who decided to move to the US. Tragedy struck at age five when his father died in a fatal car accident, leaving his mother to raise their five children alone. Early life was anything but easy and Ken's mother, a fashion designer, struggled daily to provide for the family. She decided to move back to UK where she could be better supported by family members.
Growing up in poverty, Ken faced numerous challenges, including days without basic necessities and not being able to read or write properly until the age of 16. Often bullied and isolated because of this, Ken's difficult childhood became the foundation for his relentless drive to succeed.
Overcoming His Failures
In 2013, Ken finally got his breakthrough by starting a hair and beauty salon. This venture's success provided him with a replicable blueprint for future businesses and by 2022, Ken had become a multimillionaire. Now, Ken owns several successful businesses, overseas properties, and he has earned recognition as a TV personality, mentor, and world-class public speaker.
A Journey of Perseverance and Determination
Despite finishing high school with below-average grades, Ken was determined to change his circumstances. He worked various low-income jobs, from a shoe factory worker to a construction labourer, saving all of his money to invest in his entrepreneurial dreams.
At 19, Ken launched his first real estate agency, which failed within a year. Undeterred, he spent the next seven years starting multiple ventures, all of which ended in failure and left him homeless. Yet still, his ambition for a better life never wavered.
